More About Me

Recent graduate of the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, with a B.S. in Business Administration (Accounting major with Finance collateral), I am now pursuing my M.S. in Accounting with Data Analytics at the University of Massachusetts Boston. Meanwhile, I am also preparing for both the CIA and CPA exams to further strengthen my professional foundation.

My academic interests center on internal audit, financial reporting, and risk management. I am particularly drawn to audit not only for its role in promoting transparency and strengthening internal controls, but also for its analytical depth and the investigative mindset it requires. I enjoy working with complex information, identifying patterns, asking thoughtful questions, and evaluating evidence, which align closely with data analytics and research-driven thinking.

Alongside my accounting training, I am developing skills in data analytics and exploring how AI-enhanced tools can support stronger decision-making, improve audit efficiency, and reinforce internal controls. I am especially excited by the intersection of traditional audit judgment and modern analytical techniques, including risk assessment, anomaly detection, and internal control evaluation.

Committed to continuous learning and long-term growth, I am motivated by work that involves structured inquiry, problem-solving, and evidence-based reasoning. Looking ahead, I hope to contribute to environments that value integrity, analytical insight, and innovation, whether through professional practice or deeper academic and research exploration.

Outside of academics, I enjoy swimming, which helps me stay calm and energized. I also love volunteering to connect with local communities, listening to music that matches my mood, and attending events that bring new perspectives. Recently, I started to document life as well: capturing small moments, editing them, and turning everyday experiences into a quiet digital diary that reflects how I see the world.
